Your data is processed to: manage donations and issue receipts, send our newsletter, respond to your enquiries, improve the Site and measure its audience, and comply with our legal obligations.
5. Newsletter
Our newsletter is managed using the Listmonk platform, hosted on our own servers. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
The Site uses cookies necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement cookies subject to your consent. You can manage your preferences via the banner provided for this purpose and configure your browser to refuse cookies.
7. Social media and API integrations
The AVEC Switzerland association publishes content on social media, notably Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. To schedule and distribute these posts, we use a social media management tool that connects to these platforms’ official application programming interfaces (APIs).
In this context, the only data processed is that of our own association accounts: account identifier, public profile information and content that we publish ourselves (videos, images, text). We do not collect, store or process any personal data belonging to users of these networks through these integrations. Access to our accounts via the APIs relies on explicit authorisation and can be revoked at any time from each platform’s settings.
8. Data sharing
Your data is neither sold nor rented out. It may be passed on to our technical service providers (payment, hosting) only to the extent necessary for the performance of their services, as well as to the authorities where required by law.
9. Data retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then deleted or anonymised, subject to any retention periods imposed by law.
